Operations Manager

Excellent growing, well established company seeking Operations Manager. Our specialty is manufacturing custom Millwork as well as distributing Hardwood Lumber and Sheet Stock products.

This salary position is responsible for managing all aspects of the production and warehouse departments. Safety, quality control, scheduling, achieving production budgets, housekeeping, maintenance of equipment and physical plant, motivating and training employees are a part of what is expected. This is a hands-on position and requires an individual who leads by example. Excellent opportunity for someone who has managed work crews in Residential/Commercial or related woodworking shops. Prior woodworking experience and knowledge is necessary. Candidates should possess management experience or training. A college degree is preferred.
