About the Job
Preferred Outlets at Medford is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Operations Manager. The primary responsibilities of this hands-on supervisory position include leading and directing all activities of the Operations/Maintenance Department. This position is responsible for specifying, bidding and negotiating service vendor and repair contracts as well as ensuring the center's compliance with local, state and federal safety regulations. Responsible for budget preparation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to communicate professionally, both orally and in writing is essential.
