Responsibilities include: Provides ongoing support to program management and staff to ensure efficient and effective program operations and activities. Implements Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and contributes to clinical management. Participates in pre-admissions screenings and meetings to contribute to the evaluation of persons served. Ensures the accurate and timely completion of all documentation for as required by state regulations and Bancroft policies. Manages the job performance of direct reports; develops goals, completes performance evaluations, and provides feedback. Interviews and screens applicants to identify quality candidates.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent with two-three years in the Human Services or related field. Prior management experience and a strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals preferred. BA in a related field plus one year of related experience preferred.
Special Skills: Prior experience in managing operations and services to special populations in residential, vocational, and community based settings. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form required. Proven leadership and management skills required, as well as flexibility and adaptability. Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills required. Basic math skills required. A strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals required. Operative knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel spreadsheets preferred. *Valid driver's license without restrictions *Clean Criminal Background *Must be able to provide a minimum of (2) Professional References.
