CHANGE AGENT NEEDED!

Our client is leading manufacturer commercial refrigeration equipment; due to their continued growth they are seeking an Operations Manager who will oversea production functions, develop strategies and implement processes to create operational excellence in manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement procedures designed to eliminate operating problems, enhance efficiency, improve product quality, and improve work place safety.

Training and effective utilization of lean manufacturing techniques, value stream mapping and Kaizen implementation.

Drive continuous process improvements and programs assuring that productions are met on a timely basis within established cost and quality standards.

Project management including specification, planning, and justification of new machines and equipment, factory layouts and capital planning.

Ability to resolve operational manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree - Industrial or Manufacturing preferred

Experience managing manufacturing processes and methods

Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen and safety concepts and practices

Employee training and development
Commercial Refrigeration/Foodservice Industry Experience preferred
