An excellent opportunity with a growing Michigan Mechanical Contractor has surfaced. Here's a very unique chance to jump into a senior management position where you'll manage Project Managers, Estimators, and have oversight of the Industrial Fabrication Manager and Fab Shops.
We're looking for someone with at least a dozen years of experience in the industrial mechanical construction world who preferably has an engineering degree. Prior P & L experience is required as you'll be responsible for about a $25m budget. You'll need good management skills and business savvy to interface with clients and employees.
You'll report to one of the Company Owners and if you're decent at what you do within a year to two, ownership may be available to you as well. A reasonable comp package is available in a decent economical region. And this is a bonus eligible role. Company relocation is offered for the right candidate.
