Inward project facing lead that is responsible for day-to-day deliverables and daily operations. Responsibilities include the following -

• Project Management of daily activities and multi-task projects

• Project performance including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance, responsible for making sure SLA's are met.

• Accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all project deliverable items

• Serves as a contractor's authorized technical interface with the customer and is responsible for overall project/task performance.

• Enforcing work standards, task schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising technical personnel, recommending project hires and terminations, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate personnel.

• Monitors and reports on program progress relative to program plans (i.e., planned vs. actual) with respect to programmatic and financial baselines
