JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Your main mission will be to assure the correct execution on the negotiated projects, both from the point of view of the client and the supplier system implementation.
• You will have different groups of functions:
-functions focused on the project
-functions focused on clients
-functions focused on suppliers
-internal functions, consisting of the following tasks:
• Organization and coordination of the activities within the different suppliers, internal and external, in order to guarantee their correct performance;
• Control of the critical decisions, in order to reduce the deadlines and improve quality (duration of the projects and their different stages, definition of the delivery deadlines and of the services to be executed, definition of the scope of the projects, etc.) ;
• Project planning and of the different update meetings;
• Tracking and follow-up of clients;
• Information of the updates and state of the projects;
• Reports and balance sheet meetings with clients;
• Periodic reports on the changes and updates;
• Team's motivation;
• Economic control of the projects (maintenance, budgets, etc.)
• Coordination and tracking of suppliers.
