We are a leading national company with a history of innovation in the transportation, foodservice and cold supply chain industries. PLM Trailer Leasing manages over 8,000 refrigerated trailers from 30 branch or satellite service locations. Our service products include custom equipment rentals, full service term leases, finance style “Net” leases, contract maintenance, and data tracking programs. Our primary customer base is targeted food service, cold supply chain, and transportation customers.
We are seeking an experienced operations professional to fill the role of Operations Manager in our Seattle, WA location. The position requires intense customer contact, service execution, vendor management, fleet repair and maintenance, and P&L responsibility. We are looking for confident individuals with a customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills who will provide front line contact with customers, can manage a fleet of refrigerated trailers, match specification type to the correct market segment, manage fleet readiness and availability, coordinate all aspects of customer requests and execute a complete and successful customer satisfaction program. The ideal candidate will be one who will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have the genuine desire to manage their own operation.
The required hours of operation are standard daytime business hours with some after hour, emergency breakdown service call management. Our strength and competitive advantage is our customer service and speed of resolution.
