Food processing plant has been in business for over 30 yrs and has about 100 employees. The plant has doubled its sized in the last seven yrs and is in the process of a major expansion.

The position will be responsible for all operations and report to the Corp VP. This position will require someone who has experience in maintenance and operations. They will be responsible for all P&L and each department head will report to the mgr. The co wants someone who is hands on in the maintenance area and understands how the process works.
