Operations Research Analyst

is looking for an experienced Operations Research Analyst with thorough
knowledge of Code of Best Practices and the Guide for Understanding and

 An
Operations Research Analyst with work experience at Joint Forces Command
(desired but not mandatory) at Suffolk/VA. Support activities listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required but not limited
to -

Ability to provide operations research expertise to
conduct front end analysis, analyze warfighter challenges, develop hypotheses
and research questions, develop data collection and analysis plan, conduct
analysis during event execution, conduct post event analysis and document results
as analysis input to the event report. 

·       
Ability to develop an analysis plan with an experiment
analytical construct, to include Measures of Performance and Measures of
Execution as required, to analyze and assess COCOM and service experiment
objectives (as required).

·       
Ability to develop an experiment Data Collection and
Analysis Plan (DCAP). The plan shall identify data collection methods and tools
(surveys, M&S, collaborative tools, instrumentation, observers, assessors,
data collection forms, etc.) required to support analysis and synthesis. 

Education
and Security Clearance:

Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or University in mathematics or a
business related field.

Should have
current DOD SECRET (preferably TOP SECRET)
