Top, well-respected Chemical company is seeking established Operations Supervisors for a chemical manufacturing operation to oversee 20-30 people on shift. Opportunities exist for both second and third shift. As this is an industry leading company, emphasis will be on an individual with a demonstrated history of success who possesses solid growth potential.

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, this position will oversee all departments and site personnel during the respective off-shift. The person will work collectively across all departments to lead, motivate, guide and coach for the safe and optimal operations for Chemical Manufacturing, Quality Control, Warehouse and Maintenance functions during the off-shift. Additional emphasis will be on quality productivity, continuous improvement and safety.

Requirements inculde 3+ years in a manufacturing operation of which a good portion must have been in chemical production, with a minimum of two years supervisory experience. Basic knowledge of Quality Control processes is also important. Excellent communication, problem solving and multi-tasking skills are also required. Bachleor's degree highly preferred.
