About the Job

When do the words “banking” and “excitement” go together? When the Bank is Needham Bank!  We’ve been around for a long time (1892), but don’t let our age fool you. We’re very young and forward-thinking in the way we treat our customers and our employees. However, we’re also old enough to know when it makes sense to expand, and that’s what we’re doing. As we grow, we are looking for some top-notch, dynamic people to grow with us. If you have been thinking about a career in banking, we offer you a work environment in a dynamic, well-capitalized, community-minded Bank. We make a difference in each community we serve, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. From spearheading a Town Hall renovation to making it possible for youth to play sports on a town field to helping senior citizens be more safe in their residences, Needham Bank “walks the walk” when it comes to community involvement. Community and customers come first with us. If you feel the same way and want to make a real difference, please check out the job posting on this site. Here’s to the future – yours and ours.
