Operations Supervisor Distribution

One of the largest 3rd Party Logistics companies is looking for a Operations Supervisor of Distribution for their Dallas, TX site. This position will oversee the full operations reporting to the GM. This international company is in a growth mode and offers great advancement opportunities.
Position:
· Responsible for 30-40 employees for the evening shift
· Manage a cross dock 3PL facility with state of the art SORT System
· This is a facility that is fast paced and requires leadership with strong multi tasking ability
· Manage budget and cost controls
· Second shift 4PM – 12 AM
Qualifications:
· Strong leadership experience a must with P&L
· MUST have managed a 3PL site in a cross dock setting with AUTOMATED sort conveyor
· Strong communication skills and computer experience
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Knowledge of GDS System Software
· MUST also have a clean background with no criminal, driving or credit problems
Company offers a base salary to $55K, medical/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k) w/match. Local candidates preferred.
