The Operations Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the operations and maintenance of the operations of the mall property as to maintain, protect and enhance the owner’s real estate assets.  This will be done at the least cost, in order to contribute to the maximization of the center’s profitability. This includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing and drywall.

Duties:

Ensure the effective operation and improvement of the physical appearance, functional capability and security of the center.

Oversee the contractor’s bids and the contractor’s work, and performs various exterior maintenance functions.  Participates in center planning and represents the owners with the tenants and the community.

Qualifications:

High School/GED Diploma

3-5 years general maintenance experience

Effective oral and written communication skills

Supervisory aptitude

Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, landscape, and plumbing techniques
HVAC experience a plus
