POSITION -       Operations Supervisor (Maintenance and Production)

LOCATION -  Salida CA Area

SALARY RANGE -     65-75K

RELOCATION BENEFITS - YES - Available

SHIFT -  MUST BE FLEXIBLE IN SHIFT

SKILLS - Prefer a mix of Production and Maintenance Experience - Managing Mechanics and Operators 

MUST HAVE STRONG CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT EXPERIENCE

Responsible for all production and maintenance related activity on production lines, support equipment, and plant infrastructure during the shift. Responsible for leadership of technicians and operators including coordinating activities, training, providing feedback, and ensuring employee safety. Communicate and provide maintenance support to other departments and coordinate maintenance activities in other departments.

Requirements:

Prefer excellent all-around maintenance skills and experience in areas such as industrial electricity, mechanical power transmission, and fluid piping systems.

Prefer good computer skills including computerized maintenance management systems, working knowledge of MS Office applications, and PLCs.

Must have good troubleshooting and decision-making skills.

Must have experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and be able to handle many responsibilities

Must be highly motivated and a proven and effective leader

Bachelors degree preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent follow-up capabilities

Ability and willingness to support an off shift  when needed.
