A. Duie Pyle, the Northeast's premier transportation & logistics provider, is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor for 100-door dock operation at our corporate headquarters in West Chester, PA.  Previous leadership experience in an LTL environment required.

This position will supervise all operational and clerical functions of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Dock Operations and Dispatch, while using leadership skills and applying them in the workplace.

- Supervise loading & unloading processes on the Dock

- Load planing

- Utilize computer-generated loading, unloading and dispatch tools

- Apply and enforce company policies and procedures

- Compile and perform employee reviews; document corrective action as needed

- Complete daily and monthly operational reports

- Develop workforce by setting clear expectations; provide feedback, teach and coach employees

- Motivate employees and maintain a positive, results-oriented workplace

This position requires previous leadership in an LTL environment, ability to solve problems, ability to work different shifts as required, good interpersonal skills, initiative, and good computer skills.
