Position Details

As part of the Supply Chain Team, you will participate in all aspects of merger and acquisition due diligence, integration planning, and integration project management for the Communications and Test Operations Group.

This position will also manage the business technology project for operations and supply chain applications such as Oracle, Demantra, and B2B.

 

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate would have a BS and MBA; however, any candidate with sufficient manufacturing, supply chain, industrial engineering, manufacturing outsourcing, management of contract manufacturers, and business skills will be considered.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years project management experience is required.
  • Experience supporting or managing product transitions, supplier transitions, and outsourcing initiatives.
  • Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills required. In depth experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Word is required to develop project plans, schedules, and communicate progress. Must be able to develop business cases, risk analyses, cost analyses, statements of work, budgets, service level agreements, project plans, and schedules.
  • Experience managing business technology rollouts (requirements definition, project plan, testing, training, and support).
  • Oracle background strongly preferred.
  • Merger and acquisition experience strongly preferred.
  • Project Management certification preferred.
  • Must be adaptable, flexible and able to work under pressure to manage changing or conflicting priorities.
