Job Summary:  Oversee all aspects of the Operations Support team to provide timely and accurate reporting, forecasting, scheduling and financial data resources to support the Customer Care operation.  Provide direction, coaching and performance management for a team of employees.

  • Oversee unit responsible for:
    • Daily, weekly, monthly reporting to clients and management
    • Time tracking and billing
    • File processing
    • Scheduling, forecasting and variance
  • Supervise Operations Support personnel to include work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluate performance and motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
  • Consult with and advise clientele on the use and implementation of data; collaborate as appropriate with clientele on the structuring and development of data requirements.
  • Develop and establish policies and objectives consistent with company goals to ensure efficient operation of Operations Support Team.
  • Identify opportunities and implement change to attain efficiencies and standards within area of responsibility.
  • Interface with internal and external departments for ongoing support of programs/changes/needs.
  • Assist staff in completion of assigned work to meet deadlines.
  • Manage projects, initiatives, tasks as assigned.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3 - 5 years experience required
  • Ability to type 5000 keystrokes per hour required.
