Description:
The Operations Technician is a Multi-Skilled position. The Operations Technician will have a primary and secondary skill, however it is expected that he/she will have a demonstrated level of proficiency in both.
The Operations Technician is focused on critical production issues using higher order skills including: troubling shooting, analysis, problem solving, critical thinking, and diagnostic and reasoning ability. The Operations tech works closely with the Technical Resource (Optimizer) to provide a high level of technical expertise and or first level maintenance. The Operations Tech may be dispatched by the Technical Resources to solve control system failures/problems, and/or address prioritized needs or production issues based on his/her skill set.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Operations Technician applicants must have:

- Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in oil and gas operations or related industry experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good technical problem solving skills.
- Strong team working skills, along with experience working with engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
- A working knowledge of pumps, dehydration systems, separation systems, control systems, chemical and corrosion mitigation systems,Regulatory Agency Complinace.
- The ability to effectively manage priorities while working with various types of people and groups.
