Community Options, Inc. is a national, nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking an Option Quest Specialist for the Green Brook, NJ location. The Option Quest Specialist plays an important role in assisting individuals in pursuing their goals with vocation development.

Responsibilities:

Assists individuals with daily social and interactive skills related to community and job development.

Accompanies individual to and from activities and job interviews.

Developing and implementing volunteer and prevocational community-based activities while networking with community leaders to further develop opportunities for participants with disabilities.

Requirements:

            HS diploma or GED, valid Driver’s License, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

            Experience a plus,  but not required.
