Job Description :
We are seeking a experienced Oracle Applications developer with solid experience in Oracle’s E-Business Suite, PL/SQL and database development to help drive design, development, and maintenance of our internal systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills in PL/SQL application development and have a good functional working knowledge in:
The candidate should have a strong background in Oracle’s APIs and interface tables. This position requires a person that can create and maintain complex business logic in PL/SQL packages and procedures. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Oracle workflow and Alerts. This position requires a strong understanding of the TCA Architecture.

The position will collaborate proactively with functional users and analysts to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions. The ideal candidate will reflect a mix of strong technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively with other business and technology personnel and internal customers.
Design and develop technical solutions to a pre-defined requirement and develop components including extensions, views, customizations, modifications, reports, workflow, etc. around Oracle Application. Code and Unit test independently or as a part of a team.
Enhance performance in the Oracle Application environment. Tuning code, reviewing table and applying indexes were needed.
Follow documentation, version control and testing, and migration standards.
Strong understanding of the lifecycle of technical development from technical design, unit testing to user testing, to production migration. Emphasize adherence to standards and controls, and conduct quality assurance over programs before migration to production.
Develop a cooperative environment that fosters knowledge sharing.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to others in areas of expertise
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS, BA, etc.) Engineering or Computer Science
- Developer must have a 5+ years experience in either an implementation or maintenance role for Oracle applications
- Excellent working experience with at least six of the following modules is desirable: Oracle GL, AR, AP, CM, OM, Inv, TCA, PO
- Excellent technical skills with PL/SQL, SQL, Workflow 2.x, Forms and Reports 6i
- Experience in Embedded Workflows and Events of Oracle Applications
- SQL Loader
- Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle Open Interfaces and Oracle API’s
- In-depth knowledge of applications code registration procedures
- Good working knowledge in shell scripting
- Knowing Java, Oracle Application Framework and Discoverer is a plus
- AIM Methodology
- Team Player with passion for delivering top application solutions to business users
