We are having a requirement for the role of a Oracle Applications DBA with
in Stafford, VA.
This is a contract role good through Sep 2012.
Resource must be able to get Secret Clearance while
on the project or should already have a Secret Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is MUST with NO DUAL CITIZENSHIP.
GCSS DBA team is seeking an Apps DBA with Oracle EBS with minimum 5 to 7
years of experience in Maximum High Availability (HA) Architecture with
following must skills:
. Oracle Rel 10.x Database installation
. Oracle Rel 10.x Database patching
. Oracle Application Rel 11i installation
. Oracle Application Rel 11i patching
. Oracle Application Rel 11i cloning
. Oracle RAC database configuration
. Oracle Rel 11i Application on RAC configuration and Parallel Concurrent
Processing (PCP) configuration
. Excellent understanding of Redhat Linux operating system
. Oracle Database and Application troubleshooting including Oracle workflow
and concurrent manager
. Excellent understanding of Oracle Automated Storage Management (ASM) and
Cluster Ready Services (CRS)
Additional considerations:
Having one or more of the following skills will greatly enhance candidate's
qualification for this position.
. Identity Management including SSO/OID and its Integration with EBS. -
Minimum 1 year of experience.
. SOA/Bpel and B2B installation, configuration, administration. - Minimum 2
years of experience
. Load Balancing configuration with soft solution such as web cache and
Hardware solution preferably BigIp/F5. - 2 years of experience
. Excellent database and applications performance tuning. - Minimum 2 years
of experience
