MomentumSI provides strategy and implementation services that enable our enterprise clients to achieve substantial cost reduction and business agility benefits through the use of SOA, BPM, MDM, and cloud computing.​ We are seeking an Oracle BPM Implementation Specialist for a 10 week assignment in Sydney, Australia.  This project will begin in mid October.  The Implementation Specialist will be a leader on a fast-paced initial production project for an global financial services institution. The tools to be utilized will include the major components of the Oracle BPM Suite. The Implementation Specialist must have recent, hands-on experience, excellent client skills, and be able to work primarily on site in Sydney, Australia during a 10 week engagement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as subject matter expert on Oracle BPM tools for delivery team and client architects
• Support validation of logical model of BPM capability and determination of feasibility of implementing model using Oracle’s BPM products
• Provide technical leadership for a small implementation team
• Ensure use of best practices for rapid delivery of business process implementations
• Deploy Oracle’s BPM product stack in a centralized development environment. Utilize cloud computing technologies when possible/appropriate.
• Assist in the selection of an appropriate business process candidate for initial implementation
• Support modeling of business process candidate and business entity lifecycles
• Design and implement human tasks
• Design and implement BPEL orchestration and business process definitions
• Design and implement BAM dashboard
• Assist testing of implementation
• Demonstrate ability to modify business process elements (logic, rules, orchestrations) via configuration changes
• Document project lessons learned for use in follow-on projects
• Identify opportunities for new business and current client expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/​BS degree in engineering, computer science or related field or equivalent education and experience.​
• Proven track record with a minimum of 10 years software engineering and/​or solution architect experience in a consultative role in a customer environment with experience at the enterprise level.​
• Full lifecycle experience deploying and implementing business processes with Oracle’s BPM products on multiple projects.
• Experience modeling business processes using BPMN and BPEL
• Experience defining business service interfaces for use in BPM solutions
• Flexible, continuous learner and knowledge sharer, excellent communicator, works well in team environment, appreciates challenge, comfortable and effective working in new areas that require experimentation and rapid problem solving.​
• Work will occur primarily in Sydney, Australia and requires the ability to be on-site 8 weeks of the 10 week engagement.
