Job Classification: Database Analyst
Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 5-7 years experience. Description: Designs, tests, implements, maintains, and controls the organization's physical, relational, and object-oriented databases across multiple platforms and computing environments. Participates in the development of data architectures and database management policies and standards. Provides in-depth consulting services in the identification and resolution of database issues. Participates in the planning, design, and usage of data resources. May develop detailed data models and entity relationship diagrams.
Design and implementation of test, integration, and production environments supporting the Global Treasury Solutions business. Advanced knowledge of Oracle products and solutions including Oracle Enterprise Edition, RAC (10g and 11g), ASM, dataguard, and Shareplex databases.
Minimum Qualifications: Oracle, Oracle RAC, ASM, DataGuard, Shareplex, PERL, SqlServer, OEM, AutoSys, RMAN. Operating system expertise in Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Linux, and Windows.
Oracle, Oracle RAC, Clustering, multiple versions of UNIX (Solaris and Linux), High Availability and Replication technologies and automation solutions. Backup and restore methodologies. Oracle client connectivity stacks including JDBC, ODBC, and native drivers. Financial information systems experience supporting Wholesale Banking industry desired. Teamwork oriented with strong communication skills.
