Job Title: Mid-Level XI/PI Developer
Duration: 6 months
Location: Falls Church, Virginia 22040
Work locations are Huntsville, Alabama and Falls Church, Virginia
Duties and Responsibilities:
- An senior level Oracle PL/SQL developer is needed to maintain, development, and implementation work for the procedures to validate the data,
- Ability to support the developed design for the PLM+ Oracle-based Data Staging Utility (DSU).
- Create rejects, Create timing scripts, and other sustainment activities to support the consolidation of material master records before they are loaded into the SAP system.
- Design and develop Oracle objects such as packages, procedures, views, materialized views, triggers for Data warehouse and reporting applications.
- Create or enhance code to fix any changes that are needed.
- Database design and data modeling for data warehouse and reporting applications.
- Extensive knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Unix Shell Scripts development for batch process.
- Experience in Source code tool - Toad /PLSQL developer.
- Delivery of work estimates for proposed business changes, both small and large in scope.
- Write clear program/module technical specifications including specifications for others to build.
- Coding, testing and Quality Assurance support for very complex Oracle procedures.
- Performance tuning, profiling and monitoring of SQL through a variety of tools and applications.
- Troubleshooting problems and analyzing solution to them
- Taking responsibility to support production environment 24/7.
- Minimum of 9 years overall consulting or business experience with an ability to leverage business process skills in an SAP environment.
- SAP Experience: Minimum of 4 years hands-on working experience with SAP, or other ERP implementations.
- Additional 3 years of work experience can be substituted for lack of a degree. BS/BA/MBA/MS
