Oracle Manufacturing

We need 4 people on Oracle 12r full life cycle implementation project.  Candidate will set up interviews right away.


 


 


 Work with other implementation team members to develop best practice methods and configure the Oracle ERP system to support Rig Solutions.


 


Troubleshoot questions and problems from the user community with Oracle Application issues.


 


Assist with the installation of future revisions and enhancements to existing test and production systems following the Oracle setup documents.


 


Work with 3rd party consultants on assignments as necessary.


 


Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, work instructions, functional specifications, and training plans.


 


Working with other Rig Solutions IS and Corporate IT personnel to support associated applications as needed.


 


Communicate business needs relative to gaps in Oracle functionality to Oracle Technical Lead.


 


Train users on processes relevant to using Oracle applications.


 


 


QUALIFICATIONS:


Strong Leadership and Organizational skills


 


Strong knowledge of ERP applications with a concentration in Manufacturing processes such as materials management, scheduling, warehousing, quality, and production control


 


Industry Experience as a manufacturing, planning, or warehouse manager, as well as consulting experience.


 


Experience working in a multi language/multi country environment desirable


 


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


 


Experience with Project Management and/or Systems Delivery Methodologies highly desired


 


Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and effectively both orally and in writing


 


Ability to train and provide support to Oracle application system users


 


Ability to learn to perform system troubleshooting of Oracle ERP applications


 


Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with business units and other associates

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE


 


10+ years using ERP applications at a master user level


 


B.S. degree in Business, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering


 


 



Must know Discrete Manufacturing work with for more than 5-7 years Must have worked in an enterprise environment Implementation of 12r at least 1.5 years using Oracle Subject Matter Expert Must understand ETO: Engineer to Order Must understand CTO: Configure to Order Liaison between Technical and Manufacturing management Must know Manufacturing business needs, demands, processes and domain Need Oracle Application Engineers and Business Analyst Must be able to implement, design, configure, support and maintain Oracle modules and communicate these process and operations to management that
