Position Description:

Position Description: Boart Longyear is seeking an Oracle Order to Cash Analyst to support a global ERP implementation. This position will assist in select phases of project discovery and business process design, mainly focused on application development, testing, training, cutover, data conversions and rollout.


Position Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Five or more years experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager with Oracle Order to Cash or Order Management applications in one or more of the following functional areas (in order of importance):
o Order Management (invoicing, sales orders, pricing, modifiers and qualifiers).
o Supply Chain (manufacturing, warehouse/inventory management, and order management)
o Sourcing/Purchasing (requisitions, purchase orders, contracts)
• 3+ years of experience combining analysis, business process design, configuration, documentation, master data cleanup, conversions/interfaces, testing, deployment, and training for ERP implementations—preferably for a global or multi-site company.

• Strong knowledge of core business processes (procure to pay, order to cash, or make to ship).
• Attributes of our ERP Analysts include: dedication to client service, ability to deliver results, knowledge of business processes, ability to think in complex and ever-changing situations on a global basis, strong communication skills, and ability to solve problems, execute, and transfer knowledge.
• B.A./B.S. in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management, Information Systems or a related discipline is required.
• Must be able to manage multiple concurrent tasks and work with constant interruptions.
• Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.
• Strong analytical and financial understanding.
• Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills; attention to detail.
• Must be a motivated, confident self-starter.
