Our direct client is looking for Oracle Peoplesoft DBA: 

The Oracle PeopleSoft Database/System Administrators, Class 1, should be a certified DBA who would provide on-going support for Oracle Peoplesoft (HCM, ELM, E-recruit, self-service, candidate gateway, etc) system administration functions, including support for PeopleSoft migrations, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution,. In addition, this individual will work with management, business users and IT to provide productions support, enhancements and upgrades to existing PeopleSoft systems and to assist in any new PeopleSoft module implementations (employee self service, e-recruit, candidate gateway, etc).

Desired Qualifications for the Oracle PeopleSoft Programmer, Class 1

*Consultant with strong Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, ELM, candidate gateway, e-recruit and employee self service experience are preferred for this engagement.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills and candidates must have the ability to communicate with internal/external customers, vendors, upper management, etc in both formal and informal situations
*proven experience implementing systems in a large-scal Oracle or Database environment
*Ability to work under stress with "time critical" deadlines and expectations
*Ability to handle high leveles of responsilbility, self directed, with strong organizational and project management skills.
*A high degree of creative ability, analytical and technical skills and independent judgement
