We are looking for an experienced Oracle Program Director to join our Global IT team. The ideal candidate will have a significant track record of driving Business ERP initiatives for both Clients and System Integrators.  This position will focus on Oracle Financials for a finance transformation project.  The Oracle Program Director will lead a large-scale, organizational process and systems change and manage the team responsible for the development of global financial solutions.

Experience and Education:

·         Oracle Financials, R12.

·         Ability to manage large scale Oracle Apps programs, with strong leadership and people management skills on a global level.

·         Shared services deployment.

·         Complete life cycle experience, from design to implementation, post go-live reviews, and standard business processes, including the establishment of a Shared Service Center (SSC).

·         Program Management.

·         12 – 15 years of ERP experience, and 10+ years of experience with Oracle Financials implementation.

·         Candidate must have a sound reputation in the ERP market with Oracle Partners.

·         Background as a Finance professional with in-depth knowledge of Oracle solutions is a plus.

·         Process and quality management focused.

·         Experience with global change management.

·         A solid level of professionalism, customer service, interpersonal skills, and overall communication skills.

·         Must work well under pressure as a self-starter, handling multiple tasks – ability to work across many accounts, projects, and/or issues and prioritize effectively in a matrixed environment.

·         A solid level of professionalism, customer service, interpersonal skills, and overall communication skills.

·         Must be available to travel domestic and international at least 25% of the time.
