This position is part of the Order Center team and reports to the Order Center Manager. The position works closely with various internal functions including sales, operations, finance and product managers. Main responsibilities include order entry, RMA/Repairs management, order management and internal orders coordination. The ideal candidate is a detail and process oriented, highly multi-tasking, proactive person that can work independently and perform effectively in a fast paced, complex environment.

Job Requirements/ Education:
· Bachelor degree a plus
· Order processing, logistic or customer service experience [how many years?]
· Computer savvy. Oracle or SAP experience a plus.
