This position is part of the Order Center team and reports to the Order Center Manager. The position works closely with various internal functions including sales, operations, finance and product managers. Main responsibilities include order entry, RMA/Repairs management, order management and internal orders coordination. The ideal candidate is a detail and process oriented, highly multi-tasking, proactive person that can work independently and perform effectively in a fast paced, complex environment.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Order Entry -




• Process customer purchase orders via the Oracle system


• Follow up on order approval process


• Interface with internal functions involved in the order approval process


• RMA/Repair Management -




• Process customer RMA/Repair requests via the Oracle system


• Follow up on requests approval process and status


• Order Management –




• Request and record supply dates and book the orders.


• Update required info in the Oracle system (shipping address, telephone numbers, configurator updates, etc’).


• Coordinate and follow up on internal product orders.

Job Requirements/ Education:

·        Bachelor degree a plus

·        Order processing, logistic or customer service experience [how many years?]

·        Computer savvy. Oracle or SAP experience a plus.
