About the Job

What you will do

This position is responsible for the receipt and verification of customer purchase orders to process sales orders as per company guidelines.  The successful candidate would review purchase orders for product accuracy and appropriate special discount approval when required.


 

How you will do it


  • Expedites shipments and provides product information.

  • Process and confirm purchase orders and is responsible for return authorizations validation, researching equipment availability and processing in a timely manner. 

  • Validates warranty and issue Return Authorizations if valid.

  • Researches any claims customer may have post shipment.

  • Communicate any required changes to purchase order:  pricing, part number, etc. to customer. 

  • Reviews purchase orders with special discounts for proper approval.

  • Investigates and processes sales adjustments in timely manner.

  • Acts as liaison to communicate customer’s requests for urgent/critical requirements to allocation managers.

  • Document and report shipment discrepancies to assure prompt resolution.










What we look for

Required



  • 2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • 4 Years suggested minimum experience with a High School diploma or GED.

  • Excellent computer software skills with an emphasis in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with being able to deliver friendly.professional and courteous customer service.

  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task and adapt to new systems and processes within a dynamic environment.

  • Need to be fluent in Spanish.
