National ticket broker located in Maryland is looking for an energetic, persuasive and detail oriented individual to join our team!
Job Description:
- Web-based sales department customer support-responsible for fielding and filling automated ticket orders transmitted via email
- Accountable for orders once added to automated system queue
- Enjoy working with numbers and possess strong Math skills
- Assist the sales team with overflow calls and follow up when necessary
- Process payment of daily sales in a timely manner
- Generate marketing letters for local and national events
- Use broker exchange, and other applications when working with broker to fill orders
- Keep abreast of local sports teams, concerts and theatres, as well as all major events around the country. Foster a thorough understanding of current market prices and value
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience
- Must have prior relevant management or team lead experience
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
