Position Description

Organization Development and Learning Business Partner

This position will provide Organizational Development subject matter expertise and execution to RTI's Corporate and international business unit initiatives The successful candidate will have significant internal experience with mid to large size international organizations. This role will require a breadth of experience in Leadership and Management Development and Change Management.

Responsibilities

International Business Unit responsibilities include partnering with the Human Resources team and Senior Management in the following areas:

* Design/deliver Leadership & Management Development programs
* Develop and facilitate team effectiveness processes for functional and matrix teams
* Build international networks across country or cultural boundaries to encourage global thinking and behavior
* Deliver and coordinate training and development delivery and facilitation support services (reflection off-sites, planning meetings, team building
* Translate and apply OD insights and principals to other change processes
(ie, recruitment, selection, competency assessment, compensation, etc.
* Design and Implement Talent Management programs and Executive Coaching
* Educate key stakeholders to ensure business improvement changes are implemented to support business initiatives and changes
* Anticipate needs and culture, identify areas of resistance and risk, and take an active role in culture development, integration and alignment.

Corporate Initiative responsibilities include partnering with the Human Resources team and Senior Management in the following areas:

* Translate and apply OD insights and principles.
* Educate key stakeholders on change-related activities and their responsibilities as a change agent.
* Ensure business improvement changes are integrated with on-going business initiatives and changes.
* Design/deliver change management courses for leaders, managers, and staff
* Drive organizational needs assessment, diagnosis and deliver OD strategies to impact organizational productivity, cycle time, quality, cost and other important business imperatives.
* Team building, group facilitation, organizational design and assessment, process improvement, strategic planning, instructional design, and career development.

Qualifications

* Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences/Human Resources Management/Organizational Development
* 10+ years of internal progressive experience including International experience in Organization Development, facilitation, and training, HR generalist, Change Management, HR process or consulting experience in a mid to large size organization.
* Substantial experience leading change management systems improvement including: communication, stakeholder management, organizational readiness and business impact analysis, etc.
* Advising and senior level HR and Executive Management experience
* Ability to travel (up to 15)
