

Position Summary: Provide support in one or more functional Organization Development areas, with minimal supervision, including but not limited to: Leadership Development, Business Process Re-engineering, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning and Culture/Change Management. Initiate, develop and implement process improvement plans. Develop reports, analyze and interpret data, making recommendations to resolve problems and meet business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Serve as internal consultant and contact/support for all areas of Organizational Development. Coordinate all Leader Education initiatives within leadership development and alumni programs.
2. Initiate, develop, implement, administer and/or manage continuous improvement plans in one or more areas of Organization Development.
3. Initiate and develop written communications and presentations to communicate concepts, plans related to one or more organization development initiative for diverse audiences.
4. Create and distribute surveys and reports, analyze, interpret results and recommend actions within OD, HR and/or to customers.
5. Collaborate with Division training leaders and HR Community to enhance awareness, ensure execution and communication of all Organizational Development training activities.
6. Coordinate the administration of the talent review discussions within succession planning.
7. Support performance management initiatives.
8. Coordinate efforts utilizing technology to manage and track all OD activities.
9. Perform other duties as requested or required.

Education Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources / Organization Development or equivalent education/experience.
Experience Requirements:
· Five years of human resources experience with three years of organizational development or related experience.
· Proven track record of managing demands of multiple stakeholders.
