JOB INFORMATION

Under limited supervision, work with corporate and Human Resource management to plan and execute corporate-wide or divisional organizational change exercises to accomplish restructuring, cultural change, or other organizational initiatives. Assess readiness and obstacles to change and determine optimal pathways and methods to accomplish change. May evaluate and recommend adoption of existing change, process improvement, and project management methodologies.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Support the design and implementation of company-wide or business unit-wide initiatives.

Participate in developing content of workshops/training sessions designed to accomplish organization change initiatives.

Coordinate with corporate communications on organization change objectives and related messaging strategy.

Partner with external consultants, including management consulting firms, on planning and delivering new business processes and/or training initiatives to support organization change.

May support the development needs of a specific employee population (e.g. officers) in areas such as immersion/assimilation, career development, and transition coaching.

May support the management and completion of special projects.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent

  • Master or Other Advanced Degree preferred

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE


  • 4-6 years or equivalent experience

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS


  • Understand process improvement and process mapping methodology;

  • Familiar with training needs assessment;

  • Experience in operations of financial services firms prefered but not required.
