C&S Wholesale Grocers is the second-largest food wholesaler and the twelfth-largest privately held company in the United States. We distribute food to supermarkets, retail stores, and military bases across the country. Currently, we serve over 5,000 stores from over 70 locations in 12 states.
The OE Analyst will provide analytical and program support to the Organizational Effectiveness team within the Human Resources Department. Team is accountable for the execution of management development, succession and workforce planning and field training program enterprise-wide. This position, reporting directly to the VP, will assist with organizational design initiatives and provide program support, as needed, to the training & development team.
Qualified candidates must have:
• Associates Degree or higher.
• 2+ years experience in an analytical role.
• Acute attention to detail, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data. Adept at researching external market information from a variety of sources. Passion for data mining techniques to address business issues is essential.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Research & Analysis, Human Resources, Finance and/or Distribution preferred.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio required. Working knowledge of HRIS databases preferred.
