Essential duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies market trends and recommends strategic and tactical direction in driving market share gain
- Provides interpretation of financial policies, governmental legislation, accounting theory, or customer financial regulations
- Research current environment, analyze data, and provide solutions to complex business issues
- Continually analyze business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement
- Serve as liaison between development team and business end-users
- Provide input to the development of formal business cases
- Document business needs, prioritize requested functionality, and validate requirements against strategic goals and project objectives
- Manage business and stakeholder expectations regarding requirement changes and convey budget and timeline impacts when changes are needed
- Plan, organize and manage multiple projects and enhancement work efforts
- Examine and analyze available information to determine patterns and gaps at a strategic level and recommend appropriate course of action to support technology strategy and company goals
- Develops summary and detail reporting
- Establishes databases of pertinent information for use in analyzing future plans and forecasts
- Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business; MBA preferred;
- Minimum of five years of progressing experience in Business Analysis within a manufacturing company
- Expertise in business analysis, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong Marketing experience
- Strong financial and data analysis background
- Experience dealing with both US and International markets
