We are looking for 2 Implementation Specialists, possible future sales positions, for our Orthopedic Business Solutions Systems.

Implementation Specialist

 

Home based position, territory is nationwide, up to 80% travel, future sales position potential.

 

Summary

 

The primary responsibility is to manage the installation process of our Orthopedic Business Solutions Programs with our customers. This person will report to a Programs Manager/Territory Manager. Responsibilities include: client needs assessment and analysis; coordinating with Programs Developers in customization of our Programs; installation and training our customers in the use of the Programs; as well as providing ongoing support to our customers. This position can be developmental path for a future Programs Manager/Sales position.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Travel nationally with sales representatives calling on current and prospective customers.
  • Communicate regularly with Programs Manager, sales representatives and respective clients for scheduling of pre-installation appointment.
  • Assess needs of clients, gather and relay information to Programs Manager and Developers for customization of Programs.
  • Train, coach, and assist sales representatives in the execution of the pre-installation process.
  • Assist sales representatives in the set up and organization of product closets for ease of distribution.
  • Regularly report relevant activity to Programs Manager.
  • Provide follow up and customer support to current OPS customers.
  • Responsible for achieving desired results by leading, creating and maintaining a culture of accountability by demonstrating the organization’s Cultural Beliefs.  Responsible for driving the Cultural Transition by using such tools as storytelling, focused feedback, and
  • recognition, as well as identifying other tools and methods.  Performance is aligned with the culture of accountability – See It, Own It, Solve It, and Do It.  

 

Qualifications

 

  • Education in marketing or business equal to a four-year college degree is strongly preferred.
  • Position requires an individual with proven medical product experience.
  • Prefer orthopedic, sports medicine, or ATC background.
  • Experience in office processes in orthopedic or doctor’s offices a plus.
  • Sales training experience is also highly desirable.
  • Must be available to travel nationally up to 80% of the time.
