Key Job Responsibilities
* Meet and Exceed the given annual sales quota per year
* Grow Revenue monthly, quarterly, and annually
* Surgical case coverage
* Key Surgeon development
* Call on Accounts, and Surgeons directly to achieve sales goals
* Report field sales activity as well as customer requests and
inquiries to the appropriate company channels to provide feedback and
drive immediate follow-up actions
* Provide field sales activity and leadership, training, In-
servicing, presentations, and surgical evaluations
* Development of product champions
* Establish, grow, and maintain solid business relationships with
all key customers
* Ensure all responsibilities within the scope of this job comply
with the scope of the Cayenne Medical, Inc. Quality System
* Uphold company policies, procedures, and image
* Ensure that company property, samples and equipment, including
lot control numbers, overall condition and safety, is accounted for and
properly maintained
* Attend Regional and National courses and shows as necessary
Communication (Suppliers, Customers, Key Internal Personnel, Regulatory
Agencies, etc.)
* Call on accounts directly to achieve sales goals
* Establish and maintain solid business relationships with all key
customers, such as surgeons and hospital/surgery center personnel,
within the defined geographic area
* Properly report field sales activity as well as customer
requests and inquiries to the appropriate company channels to provide
feedback from the field

Proficiency Training Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform

Skills, Certifications and Other Qualification Requirements
* Ability to resolve customer problems and ensure a win-win result
* Technical aptitude/ability to learn all aspects of the company's
products and how they are used in surgery
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to build positive working relationships
* Two years experience selling Sports Medicine or Orthopedic sales
* Two years OR experience, either working in OR or OR sales
Physical Demands
Position involves ability to frequently or constantly exert up to 20
pounds of force and occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force to move
or lift objects
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision,
distance, and depth reception. This position requires that the employee
have the ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, or crouch. Extended hours
are occasionally required to meet job requirements. Accountability to
established schedules and/or time pressures required. Travel is
required. Proof of valid driver's license is required. Work requires
being out in the field.
