Major Tasks & Responsibilities *Utilizing consultative selling processes to develop a thorough knowledge of customer and their business activities *Conducting customer needs analysis and developing appropriate product and service solutions *Applying time management skills to achieve daily productivity goals and revenue growth targets *Establishing high levels of customer service and providing solution-based quality products in a timely manner *Capitalizing on marketing and promotional materials to increase or make add-on sales *Work with supervisor to establish action plans to achieve personal and professional sales objectives
We’re Looking For *1 year college or related marketing training * 6 months’ related sales, customer service or other customer-facing experience *Superior communication, listening, organizational and prioritizing skills *High degree of self-motivation, independence and drive to achieve goals, as well as the ability to initiate and follow through on cold calls *Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to perform needs assessments and recommend products that address client needs *Mechanical aptitude *Knowledge of light industrial products, hydraulics, etc. * Dynamic, goal-oriented professional *Availability Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
