ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Outbound Call Center Representative will be focused on contacting executives in our target customer base to engage in business conversations by phone and email. This individual will be responsible for managing a database of contacts to prospect the marketplace for executives who are interesting in meeting with our direct sales representatives by region.
Initial database and scripts will be provided along with supporting marketing materials. Employee will be measured on the number of outgoing interactions with prospective executives and the number of appointments scheduled. NineSigma is seeking energetic, results driven individuals to help drive the expansion of our business and increase sales productivity. Individuals will need to be articulate and conversational in order to establish a professional rapport with prospective organizations. Work will include oral and written communications and clear documentation of progress. Support will be provided by technical representatives and regional sales managers.
Familiarity with product development and innovation is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
Our preferred candidate will have had a successful track record in Outbound Sales establishing new client leads.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE, COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent is preferred with experience in business conversations with executives from large companies. Time management skills are a must. Demonstrated capability in managing high volume communications with results and familiarity with database input are required. Phone skills are essential with supporting electronic communications.
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. He or she should have a proven track record of developing leads and scheduling appointments with sales prospects. This individual should be a “self-starter” and motivated by variable compensation.
