Our client, a heating and air conditioning company is seeking Outbound/Inbound Customer Service Representatives and Truck Dispatchers in Wilmington, DE.

Positions available are Full-Time, TEMP-TO-HIRE.

Job Description:

• Dispatcher:
• Will be taking calls as well as dispatching trucks to customers. Must have ability to understand dispatch function, movement of people, movement of trucks, etc. Must be detail oriented and focused. Must have customer can't lose attitude.
• Hours of Operation are either:
• Monday 4pm-8pm, Tuesday-Friday 11am-8pm and Saturday 8am-12pm
• OR
• Tuesday-Friday 11am-8pm and Saturday 8am-4pm.
• Call Taker:
• Must have the ability to handle incoming calls and build value of the company and its services. Must be detail oriented and focused. Must have a customer can't lose attitude. Must have desire to sell our company and its services and meet standard call closing goals.
• Hours of Operation are:
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm (rotating) and Saturday 8am-12pm (rotating)

Requirements:

• Must have previous dispatching/customer service
• Great attitude, dependable, flexibility
