As a key member, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team by contacting and qualifying leads within the banking industry. Your ongoing goal is to positively and professionally communicate with existing and new customer base in order to determine the key decision maker to generate sales opportunities and drive interest.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience within a call center environment with sales experience a plus; including a friendly attitude and persuasive nature with the ability build rapport. In addition, being solution oriented, and possessing the ability to position benefits, features and value proposition will make you a success in this exciting opportunity!

Requirements:
Primary Duties

Effectively determine the decision maker in the customer base.
Discover customer needs and effectively position financial solution.
Generate lead interest of the re-financing options.


Required Experience, Skills & Expectations:

Successful telemarketing/Call center experience or Customer Service/Sales experience

Good verbal and written communication skills

Listening and Comprehension skills

Proven ability to deal with negative reactions and overcome plausible objections

Confident (not afraid to talk to people) with clear spoken English and proper grammar usage

Successfully follow processes and policies for documenting the lead

Ability to type 25 words per minute minimum

Multi-tasking (typing while navigating different interfaces & talking

High School Diploma or equivalent

Background checks & drug screening will be performed

Defining Success
As a Lead Generation Support Specialist, you will be expected to:
o Positively and professionally communicate with customers in various situations to determine a fit for the product
o Keep control of conversations while displaying competency and product knowledge to close the sale

BONUS Structure included!

You will need to be available to work the following shifts:

Monday-Thursdays 9:00am-5:00pm with rotating Fridays 9:00am-3:00pm one week and Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm every other week.
