Outbound Sales Representative
Our client, ICT, is hiring bright, highly motivated and energetic Outbound Telesales Sales Professionals to join our team. The right person will be a focused, highly motivated person who possesses superior sales skills and has a proven track record of success closing business. Candidate must be able to: multi-task, focus on outbound calling, work well under pressure and deadlines, and be very efficient.
The primary responsibility in this position is building valid lead lists and acting on them to quickly understand who potential clients are. 85% of your day is connecting with brokers and companies to identify new opportunities. This position does not receive unsolicited inbound calls, unsolicited new customer referrals, or engaged prospects.
To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent phone skills.
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- A desire to dig into each cold call and draw out market intelligence.
- A strong positive attitude and self motivation. It's key to be competitive and a self starter.
- Ability to clearly set your self apart as the expert in your field.
- Ability to identify prospect needs and quickly recognize buy signs. Must poses strong closing skills.
- Undeniable interpersonal and verbal skills.
- Superior writing skills, excellent problem solving ability and detail orientation.
- Your ability to reach and maintain basic sales quotas.
- Experience speaking with executive level decision makers.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word along with knowledge of SalesForce automation software.
