Learn and understand the customer’s line of business and their business needs in an effort to recommend and sell products and services that suit their needs.
Anticipate and provide appropriate information about the products and services sold through Deluxe.
Utilize customer fulfillment process and tools to ensure timely and accurate input and translation of customer orders/transactions; requesting proofs, coordinating with composition function, releasing orders to manufacturing, and following through with the customer.
Attend training and learning sessions about company products, services and sales.

To be successful in this role you must:
Have completed a High School diploma or equivalent.
Be familiar with transactional and consultative selling techniques
Previous experience selling web services, highly desired
2 years proven sales experience in a call center, retail, wholesale or other selling environment.
Experience within a small business marketplace
Computer and internet savvy.
Accurate writing and speaking ability.
Self - motivated.
Able to learn and describe company products and services.
Provide an exceptional/personalized customer experience.
Take personal accountability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Able to form and build relationships with account personnel.
Represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
