This client provides state-of-the-art lead processing, customer care and management via a variety of channels--from web-based solutions to more traditional teleservices -- for businesses ranging from computer hardware and software manufacturers to financial services companies.

In this role you will:


* Oversee and administer various account training programs including recurrent and new hire.

* Make and implement recommended improvements.

* Will be responsible to schedule training classes, organize course materials, develop training curriculum, present courses, and effectively measure training efforts.

* Ensure all training programs run smoothly and effectively.

* Work with management to identify training needs and achieve account specific training goals.

* Will also work with project trainers to help them to develop effective classroom training skills.

Requirements:

* Must have a High School Diploma

* Must have excellent organizational and time management skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Able to work independently

* Able to visit with managers and employees and observe work to accurately determine whether training is a viable solution

* Ability to conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and develop training curricula

* Superb communication / collaboration skills

* Ability to act professionally, confidently, and positively communicate with employees and managers at all levels

* Able to foster an atmosphere of teamwork with others

* Ability to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well thought out, positive, and professional manner to employees

* Excellent presentation skills

* Active listening and coaching skills

* Operates with minimal supervision

* Previous Training Experience, preferred classroom computer-based, technical or helpdesk

* 1 yr min in: call center, supervisory, project management, curriculum development

Pay Rate: 15.00 - 20.00 Hourly DOE
