Qualifications Each year Riverside Community Care provides more than 40,000 adults, children and adolescents with a broad range of healthcare and human services. Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required. Independent licensure required. Clinical experience in an outpatient setting preferred. Must have excellent communication, clinical and organizational skills. Basic computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required.
