Job Responsibilities:

• To provide support and assistance to program participants in all areas related to gaining and/or retaining employment and career advancement
  
• Due to the dynamics of working with individuals, this position necessitates an individual who is comfortable working in an environment that is constantly evolving and changing
  
• This position entails an organized individual who can efficiently handle several responsibilities at one time
  
• Build a professional one-on-one working relationship with clients to aid in eliminating challenges that are hindrances to obtaining and retaining employment
  
• Document all client contact and activities in the case notes and print them for the file at the end of each week
  
• Generate an Employment Verification form if the client has been placed
  
• Address reasons for absence or lack of participation with the client
  
• Conducting outreach to clients through home visits
  
• Maintain referral and outcome database
  
• Complete appropriate paperwork

Education and Experience Requirements

• Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts
  
• Excellent telephone, computer and written communication skills
  
• Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require
  
• College Degree or equivalent experience required
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  
• Experience in conducting home visits
