• 2+ Years proven success in Outside Sales

• Experience working in mechanical construction industry strongly preferred

• Ability to read blueprints, submittals and other documents received from customers`

• Experience working on a base salary plus variable compensation plan

• Excellent planning and time management skills

• Strong customer orientation

• Computer (Microsoft Office, Internet) skills required

• No more than 2 jobs (with different companies) in the last 5 years

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or related engineering field strongly preferred
