Mantek, the specialty lubrication division of NCH, has an outside business to business sales opportunity covering the Abilene, TX territory.
Joining our family, you will have the autonomy needed to build your protected account base. Fostering the ‘always prospecting’ mentality, coupled with building strong long-term relationships with your customers, will pave the way for unlimited earning potential through new account generation and fully credited reorders. Having your office at home keeps travel outside your territory to a minimum, allowing you more time to make face-to-face sales calls with your customers. Our extensive classroom and in field training will be continuous throughout your career, and will prepare you for success. Position Requirements:
Mantek prefers an individual with outside sales experience in a B2B environment, but sales experience is not required. You must have at least completed High School (or its equivalent) and have access to a reliable car. Successful sales representatives have a strong sense for building relationships with potential and existing customers. We are looking for a hardworking commitment-oriented person who is willing to commit a year to the industry to get really good!

1st year compensation = $50K Program
2nd year and beyond = unlimited earnings
